Our designers and team offer high-quality creations and excellent customer service. We do make jewelry designs to order (with a 6 week delivery on custom made items).
Please read our policies below for answers to most questions.
We try to photograph and describe the pieces as accurately as possible, however, things look different on every computer screen and camera. Let our team know if you have any questions, send us a message and we will get back to you.

Color Accuracy:
It is important to us to represent our pieces as accurately as possible, both in words and photos. However, many factors influence color, including lighting, your monitor settings, and even how your own eyes perceive color.
If you have any questions about the color or condition of any of our designs, please contact us.

Shipping fees are not refundable and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges satisfaction guaranteed with reason. We want you to like what you purchase from Archaic Wrinkle Boutique!! If for some reason you are not completely happy with your order, just send it back and we will refund your purchase price. We do not provide returns unless the piece is damaged upon arrival. You are responsible for contacting us within 24 hours if the item has, in fact, arrived damaged with a picture for the required refund. (Broken chain, shattered stone, for example.)
If something is damaged during transit- please contact me within 72 hours of receiving the package with a photo of the damaged item and explanation of damage. You may be asked to fill out a form for insurance claims. We will make every attempt to repair any one of our unique items and send the purchased item back to you free of shipping. We will not accept anything back 7 days later.

Payment must be made immediately upon checkout, if there is a problem or you need more time, please message us to let our team know, and we will be glad to work with you if a request is reasonable.

We love to make jewelry and unique accessories along with bringing back vintage collectibles and antiques. All items have been handcrafted and cleaned by our team in our studio.
We utilize vintage and antique jewelry pieces and parts and enjoy giving them new life! We use a wide array of vintage (and new) components.
If we have established a reserved listing for you, we will hold it for 24 hours only. At the end of 24 hours, if payment has not been received, the reserved listing will be automatically canceled and items relisted for general purchase. Please note: The state of North Carolina imposes a sales tax on all items sold within the state. All pricing will reflect this tax.

Shipping Days: We ship all items on after payment has processed and except for US federal holidays, we try usually try to ship next day once payment has processed fully.
We ship to the address you have provided to us upon receipt of payment. If you want to ship to a different address, please indicate in a message with your order. Please ensure accuracy when ordering as address discrepancies can cause a delay in your shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages shipped to an address you have provided.
Please verify with us if we ship to your location.

You should receive a custom's number via email when you are notified that your package has been shipped.
Please note: As most of these pieces are unique and one of a kind, we will not ship the item until the payment has cleared. Please allow 3-8 business days for most credit card purchases to process before the item is shipped. For example, if you purchased an item at 10:15 pm on Friday evening, the time period will start Monday at 8 am. You will receive communication throughout the process.
